Saturday August 1st
4pm Meet at Brick Oven Pizza for dinner; travel to Polihale beach for a campout on the sand, under the stars. Bring lots of agua & enough food & beverages to get you through a full night of playing on the beach and then breakfast. We plan to camp where there are picnic tables, restrooms, parking spots and usually ample firewood. Bring a tent or consider sharing a comforter. It does get chilly when the sun is down. If you have a flashlight, it could come in handy.
Sunday August 2nd
Morning Polihale continued…Play on the beach and possibly go to Queen’s Pond which is a short drive down the beach from where we’ll be camping out.
**When you leave Polihale, you are close to Waimea Canyon if you want to go to the lookout or hike a trail. We will not be doing Waimea Canyon on this day so you’d be on your own.
